The following 'terms and conditions are relevant to ANY competition hosted or co-hosted by Lynette Love Photography on our website, Google My Business posts, or any of our various social media platforms. Entry into any competition run by Lynette Love Photography, automatically implies that you (hereinafter referred to as you/You or ‘the Participant’, as defined in the CPA  as a person who enters, competes in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition) have read, understood and agreed to the 'terms and conditions outlined below.

• Your entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of a prize (in the event that you win a prize), constitutes your binding acceptance of the 'terms and conditions in your own capacity and on behalf of any person with whom you may share a prize (in the event that you win a prize which is for you and one or more additional persons). 

​

• To be eligible for the competition, participants must be over 18 years old and must reside in the Republic of South Africa.   

​

• Any unique requirements to be eligible for the competition will be clearly stated and presented as step by step instructions in the original introductory competition post. They must be followed to the letter in addition to the terms and conditions listed in this document. 

​

• Lynette Love Photography reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of the competition and/or prize at any time at its sole discretion without liability. 

​

• Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor are they transferable. 

​

• If the prize is not claimed within three days of the winner being announced, the winner forfeits the prize and Lynette Love Photography reserves the right to redistribute or dispose of the prize at their discretion. 

​

• Any prize winner will be asked to sign a model release form, as the edited images will be used on  Lynette Love Photography's website and their social media platforms.  

​

• Lynette Love Photography reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that they reasonably believe, in their sole discretion, that the original winner is not eligible to win, has contravened any of the terms and conditions, has acted in a manner that is not in the spirit of the competition, their conduct can be reasonably interpreted as scamming or circumventing the rules of the competition or has acted fraudulently with regards to the competition, it's other entrants, or it's sponsors.

• By participating in the competition, you unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify and hold harmless Lynette Love Photography and their employees, against any & all losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages (direct, consequential or otherwise), liability, demands, expenses, legal costs,  medical costs or any other unplanned costs arising out of, based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the participant's participation in the competition, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• Lynette Love Photography reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion at any time.   

​

• In the event where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Lynette Love Photography and their employees, the sponsors,  promoters or consultants. 

​

• Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
