Please Note

• The contract is to be signed and payment is to be made immediately upon booking. 

• Specials, promotions and mini sessions need to be paid in full when you book. 

• When making a booking, you will be sent a link to our photography contract, which you must fill in and submit on the same date as the day your payment is made.  

• Your booking will only be secure after I have received both your filled-in photography contract and proof of payment. This ensures that your chosen date & time is reserved just for you and that I will not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time.  

• When you book our standard- or VIP package more than 30 days in advance, you can handle payment in one of two ways. You can either pay the full amount, or you can pay a 50% booking fee, with the balance to be paid in full at the LATEST 48hrs BEFORE the shoot. 

• We do not charge extra for our booking fee. Regardless of whether you pay in two instalments, or pay the full amount when you book, 50% of the full package price stands as our booking fee. 

• The booking fee is NOT A DEPOSIT. It is a NON REFUNDABLE retainer, meant to reserve my services for the date/time of your choice. If you cancel the shoot for any reason, the booking fee shall be retained by Lynette Love  Photography to offset our loss of business.  

• Rescheduling a session due to circumstances beyond your control is understandable. However, if you ask to reschedule for superfluous reasons (for example: "my teenager is not in the mood" or "it's a little bit too hot today"), you will be charged an EXTRA 50% BOOKING FEE to schedule another date. 

• Often, the most unique and beautiful locations for shoots require travelling a little further afield. The first 15km is free! Any further, and fees of R5.50 per/km will be added to your bill. This will cover petrol, the "wear & tear" on my vehicle, and the time I spend travelling. 

• *Please note that all packages get professional basic editing, which includes cropping, colour correction, lighting balance, etc. Complicated retouching like skin work, body slimming, removal of objects, sky replacements, etc is not included in the basic packages and costs extra. The price of the extra editing per photo can be found under the "A La Carte" menu. If you don't see the change you need described there, just let us know, and we will quote you for the exact cost.
